This one’s extra special. winners get to send a bouquet of flowers to anyone they want. To win, first years need to hit over 100 strong units/customers, and managers over 200. Let’s put in the work and make someone’s day a little brighter with flowers and results to match!
This Sunday we were hosted by alumni Tom, a former book-seller who generously shared insights from his own experience. helping us level up mentally and practically. Here are a few standout takeaways from his talk:
- “If I don’t want to be in sales, then leave.” But the truth is the skills we’re learning are life skills.
- The answer to the problem is behind the next door. Keep going.
- Don’t be afraid to do things on your own. Independence builds growth.
- Have a schedule and follow it. Consistency is power.
- Refine your skills. From pre-approach to closing, subtle improvements matter.
- Know the difference between a goal and a dream. Dreams stay in your head; goals get written down and broken into steps.
- Self-confidence grows through this program. Let it teach you.
- Lead and help others. Give back, support your team, and work toward becoming someone others can follow.
- And finally: “Just continue the grind.” Trust the process and keep going.
