TexasUSB🔥 Day 1 Week 1 We are Just Getting Started💪

Hey everyone! 👋

My name is Diana, and I’ll be writing here every week about how things are going with our team, what kind of fun and crazy stories we’ve experienced! 🔥

We’ve got a full team of 9 awesome peopleMark, Valera, Sergei, Erik, Anastasija, Daniil, Jaroslav, Diana and Hugo! 💪

📚 Sales School: How It Went

Sales School is officially over and done ✅

We had four intense days, and here’s what a typical day looked like:

  • 6:59 AM (yep, not a minute earlier or later⏰) — wake-up call! If you think you get ready fast in the morning… you probably have never been to our Sales School❗️First shock for all the FY’s: as soon as the alarm goes off – BAM – someone’s already in the shower within one second. Not two, not three – ONE! 😱
  • 7:06 AM sharp – we run out of the room and sprint to breakfast 🚀 Forgot something in the room? 🤷‍♀️ That’s your problem now. You can’t go back all day. Figure it out, make it work – but going back is not an option.
  • From 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM – speakers giving talks 🎤
  • Quick 10-minute snack break 😅
  • Then comes the real action – running around a lot, in the heat, with backpacks, folders, tablets… and knocking on doors 🚪🔥
  • More lectures, where we train approaches (that part where you knock on a door and someone opens it)
  • 10:59 PM – lights out and straight to bed 🛌

💬 What our team said about Sales School:

Valera: Sales school was okay – could’ve been tougher 🙂

Erik: Sales school was fun. It was chaos with elements of the army. From the outside, it looked like an anthill where every blue shirt is an important part of a big system.

Anastasija: it was fun to attend new meetings, it was educational, I learned a lot of new things.

🚗 Off to Texas!

After Sales School, we finally headed to Texas, where everyone split up into their own cities and moved into some pretty cool homes! 🏠🔥

We’ve already finished our first 3 days, and here are a few stories and first impressions:

Danik: Just like they said, it wouldn’t be easy – and it really isn’t – but at least it’s fun, and most of the people are nice.

Erik: We’ve got a great place to stay, with two pool tables right in the middle of the room 🎱

Hugo: Around noon or 1 PM, when the sun was blazing like crazy, I worked for over an hour without water because I just couldn’t find a proper door where someone would give me some. At some point, I started feeling dizzy and crappy. But then I found a construction worker doing renovations in a house, and he pointed me to a fridge in the garage and said I could take whatever I wanted. The fridge was full of water and Gatorade – and man, that felt amazing. It was like being born again, and I got back to work with fresh energy 💪

Anastasija: For the first time, I went through a full sales cycle in Russian with a Ukrainian girl, and it wasn’t so easy. Mama Ira made homemade lemonade! 🍋

That’s how Daniil and Jaroslav are getting ready for the day🔥

🏖 Sunday

On Sunday, our whole team got together by a small lake. It was both productive and super fun:

  • We had a meeting and set our goals for the week and the summer 🎯
  • Took a swim in the lake 🌊
  • Played volleyball 🏐
  • And had a great meal together 🌮

We’re ready and pumped for the new week! 🚀
